Homecoming
Well, today I am back in good old GA. I had to wake up at the butt-crack of dawn because I made my flight for 6 am, dumbass that I am. The cab was waiting for me outside my lobby at 4am. I had just finished packing about 5 hours before that, so I was extremely tired.
The cab got me to the airport in about 10 mins and I made it through security in about 5 mins and sat at the gate for about an hour an a half. Once I got on the plane and in my seat, I fell right asleep. I don't even remember the plane taking off. The next thing I do remember is seeing Stone Mountain as we were making our final decent into Atlanta.
My folks picked me up from the airport and we dropped my dad off at home and my mom and I went into the city so I could get my hair cut by my friend Natasha. After the hair cut my mom and I had lunch at Fritti where another friend of mine, Trisha, works. From there my mom and I had a few other stops and then went home.
By his time it was close to 5 pm and the traffic was awful. It was taking 30 mins to travel down a street (Sidney Marcus Bvld). Once we got home, I had a headache and went right to bed. My mom kept bugging me with questions, but I fell asleep anyways.
Even though my night did not go as I would have liked, the day was eventful and it was great to ba back home.
Can't wait for tomorrow...Santa comes!
Peace,
DeMo
