OJ’s Slash and Tell
So is it me, or do you find it incredibly nuts that someone can just sit back and write a book about how they would supposedly kill someone who, oh by the way, were on trial for killing? I can’t believe OJ is one, that hard up for money that he would even consider writing this type of book; two, a publishing company would even be dumb enough to put this shit to print no matter what kind of profit it may make; and three, for FOX to even agreeing to conduct the interview and broadcast this fucker over the airwaves to promote his book.
OJ says this is just a hypothetical situation and all fiction, but come on. No one really believed he didn’t do it in the first place. This is just his way of confessing to the murder and relieving himself of a guilty conscience. With double jeopardy the way it is, he can pretty much say in the book “Yes I killed her,” and he can’t incriminate himself, unless of course he decides to kill someone else and write about that murder.
I feel our society should move on from OJ and his fading celebrity. We should show him that we are not at all interested in him, nor his book of so-called made up murder scenarios by not buying the book and not watching the interview on FOX. But I guess he is like a car crash. Even though you know it won’t be pretty and you know you really don’t want to know or see what happened, you’re going to peek as you pass by.
I still think he killed her.
Peace,
DeMo
