Guess Who's Back

So it has been a while since I have last written and things have picked up around here since last I wrote. I have been taking my meds and talking with friends about how my work affects me and everything seems to be going well for me. Granted, I am working too many hours every week, but whatever. As long as the job gets done, that is the main thing.

I went back to GA a few weeks ago, and I am sorry for those of you whom I did not get to see. I was only there for a few days and I had to take care of some business. It was my parents’ anniversary and my God son’s 1st birthday, so I had to fulfill those obligations first. I was only able to see one other friend while I was home and then it was back to the V-A. I promise I will see you all when I come back for Christmas.

I do have to tell you about the oddest iPod accessory I saw in the SkyMall magazine. It was an adapter you hook your iPod up to and listen to your tunes on as well as a toilet paper holder. Now I don’t know about you, but when I am on the thrown, the last thing I am think is “damn I wish I had my iPod, so I could be kick’n it with my tunes.”

Next week is thanksgiving and the folks are coming up here for a change. This should be real interesting. I usually go back to GA, so I can see everyone, but this time I’ll be here in good old VA. I am kinda sad about it. I wish I was heading back down south for this holiday. I have never been up here, and I usually take the time off to see all my friends, so this is going to be a real change for me. I hope you all have a great holiday and I’ll see you in Dec. I guess the cool thing is I got tickets for me and the folks to see Cirque du Soleil for the Friday after Thanksgiving. So that should be fun, I hope.

I guess that about wraps things up for now. The guys at GW are going strong and they had an awesome rush! The new associates are “sharp” guys and I will be proud to call them brothers – one day. They are in the process of learning the history of the fraternity and as boring of a process as it may be, we all had to read the book and learn the history. Suck it up and just do…you enjoy the other side!

Peace,
DeMo
