Luck, the other 4 letter word

OK, so I have been crutching around for the past 2 weeks and I am not able to drive and can barely do anything for myself. My parents have been staying with my since the 20th of January to help my get through my knee surgery and I thank them for all they do. I have been dealing with all sorts of pain and discomfort with my knee and lack of sleep due to the inhuman positions I have to contort myself in, in order to lay in bed. You would think nothing else could go wrong in my life...well you're wrong! Monday my refrigerator broke.

The fucking fridge stopped working, well it stopped cooling. The thermometer reads 69 degrees in the fridge and 2 degrees in the freezer. The normal readings are 37 and 0 respectively. I called GE on Monday and they said they would have someone out on Thursday to fix the problem. I told them my situation and I needed someone out here sooner because I could not drive nor walk and I have weeks worth of food in the fridge to help me through my recovery process. Well, GE did not care.

I went round and round with GE Monday, Tuesday and yesterday and got nowhere with this company. They have no concern or care for people with special needs. And to top it off they have no customer care policies what so ever. One lady told me she was going to schedule me an appointment for Friday and I told her I had one for Thursday, so she said then why are you calling. I wanted to reach through the phone and strangle the bitch.

I did speak to one manager who was nice, but he wasn't able to do anything for me, big shock! The kicker is I have physical therapy tonight at 5 and my appointment is from 1-5 pm, so you know the GE repair man will show up at fucking 4:45 when I have to leave, the bastard. I told the manager about my appointment and needed to be moved the priority on the list. He said he would try and that was it.

The moral of the story comes 2 fold:
1) Do not buy GE because if they can not get a repair man out to you until 4 days later, their shit be breaking down like crazy
2) Do not buy GE because they do not care for people with special needs!
